Operations and Finance Executive

Now we are looking for an experienced and trustworthy new member of our #dreamixteam who will support our growth strategy in the role of Operations and Finance Executive.

About You:

    What’s expected from the Operations and Finance Executive in the team:
  • Develop and implement best practice accounting and finance procedures and continuously review the process and procedures to maximize efficiency
  • Manage the relationship with our 3rd party accountant and payroll supplier including to review and control VAT monthly statement
  • Handle all related paperwork to hiring of employees, terminations of employment and changes in employment terms
  • Finance management - sales forecasting, budgeting, reporting
  • Cash management and bank payments
  • Deliver results, create value

    For the above you must have:

  • at least 3 years of professional experience on a similar position
  • excellent knowledge of Labor code, accounting and tax legislation 
  • University degree in the field of Accounting / Finance/ Economics or related
  • very good computer skills, i.e. MS Office (Excel),Google Drive
  • strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a professional manner
  • advanced analytical and organizational skills
  • time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • proactive approach and positive attitude
