That’s how ConnectedCooking was born - a digital platform by RATIONAL, designed to connect all their professional cooking equipment into a single, centralised system.
Initially, RATIONAL used a private cloud to host the system. However, as technology advanced, they realised they could improve stability and system performance by switching to a different cloud provider. RATIONAL enlisted Dreamix’s help to facilitate a smooth transition without impacting workflows. Teams from both companies worked together to prepare the system and migrate it with zero downtime, to not affect the users negatively in any way.
Additionally, we worked together to design and implement an even more user-friendly and engaging user-interface for ConnectedCooking.
